Alumni-Landscape Analysis - Namibia
APPLICATIO has been contracted by GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) with the development of an assessment of the alumni landscape in Namibia. The analysis aims at assessing the capacity of German development cooperation alumni to act effectively in Namibia and gauge their interest in cooperating with German development cooperation/international cooperation organisations, and in a subsequent step to derive options for action.
Assistance to the European Integration Office - Serbien
APPLICATIO assist the programme "Support for Serbia in its EU accession negotiations" of GIZ also in 2015 and 2106 APPLICATIO. The new contract include the development of an internship system - meant to organise internships for civil servants for EU related topics - and the development of a cooperation platform for Ministries to effectively support EU negotiations.
Training: Needs-Assessment and M&E
APPLICATIO has been contracted by DIHK Service GmbH with planning and implementing a training programme for Chambers form all CEFTA countries in the frame of the DIHK partnership programme with Chambers form CEFTA countries. During the training programme representatives form CEFTA Chambers will be introduced to needs-assessment and monitoring and evaluation methods and tools.
Value Chain Analysis Wool Mongolia
APPLICATIO has been contracted by SEQUA to develop a value-chain analysis for the wool-sector in Mongolia. The study aims at analysing the status quo in the wool-based value chains especially in the Arkhangai-Province (Aimag) and will serve as baseline for the partnership project between DIHK and the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI).
E-Learning Strategy Albania
APPLICATIO has been contracted by GIZ, more precisely the project "Support for the Harmonisation of Economic and Trade Legislation with EU acquis" to support the Albanian School for Public Administration (APSA) in developing E-Learning resources.
Project Planing Caucasus
APPLICATIO has been contracted by SEQUA to plan and implement a project planning mission for a Vocational Education and Training Partnership Programme of "Bildungswerk der Wirtschaft Mecklenburg-Vorpommern" (BWMV) e.V. und employer federations and vocational education institutions in Southern Caucasus.
Project Evaluation India
APPLICATIO has been contracted by SEQUA to plan and implement a project evaluation mission for a Vocational Education and Training Partnership Programme of "Zentralverband des Deutschen Handwerks (ZDH)" and five Chambers and Associations in Northern India.
Energy Development West Mongolia
APPLICATIO has been contracted by West Mongolia Energy LLC to support its efforts to ensure energy productions and supply (electricity and heating) in Western Mongolia. The private enterprise aims at establishing an own power plant in Uvs-Province on order to reduce electricity imports from Russia and make use of own resources. APPLICATIO supports the enterprise in developing project concepts, identifying financial resources and planning implementation.
Wildlife Management UNAM
APPLICATIO has been contracted by KfW (Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau) to develop a Feasibility Study to extend the training offers on "Wildlife Management" and the Campus of the University of Namibia (UANM) in Katima Mulio (Northern Namibia). The study prepares a project to extend the Campus and to develop new training offers for students from the whole SADC region.
Human Capacity Development in TVET Myanmar
APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to evaluate the Human Capacity Development (HCD) project for the Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Sector in Myanmar. The project is implemented by the UNEVOC Centre "Technical and Vocational Education and Training for Sustainable Development" (a cooperation of Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, the Otto-von-Guericke-University Magdeburg and the Fraunhofer Institute for Factory Operation and Automation IFF) and consists of various capacity building measures for TVET institutions, trainers, teachers and school principles/managers.
